New Thought is not really "new". It is a distillation of ancient wisdom as expressed in all the great world wisdom traditions and viewed through the lens of universal spirituality.
It arises out of the great questions asked over thousands of years by Socrates, Plato, Buddha, Jesus, and others, that found new voice in the philosophies of the transcendentalists of the late 1800's.

There is One Presence and One Power, called God. We can have a personal experience with Presence. With God, all things are possible
The Kingdom of God is within us. Out purpose is to remove the blocks to the awareness of Love's presence.
God and God's creations are one. Through practice we see the beauty of God in everything.
\We are Spirit having a human experience. We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experiences.
Each person is a unique expression of God. We each re-present God. Who is God? "I AM that I AM"
Our natural state is expression. When we recognize that power can bring love to all our circumstance, then truly, we are the Light of the world.
Service is the highest activity to which we can aspire. In this lies our joy. "Only those who find a way to serve will be truly happy."
